We expect that you will own your Zhumell for many years. During this time, you will have many adventures that may put your Zhumell through a variety of extreme conditions. We have designed Zhumell products to be durable and to offer excellent value. Because we stand behind this statement, we have one of the best warranties in the industry.

Your Zhumell binoculars have a 25-year no-fault warranty. All other Zhumell products have a 3-year no-fault warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and is only available for the individual who made the original purchase.

All of our binoculars, with a few exceptions, have a 25-year no-fault warranty. All other products except for coin-operated binoculars have a 3-year no-fault warranty.

To obtain warranty service the damaged Zhumell must be returned to Zhumell along with $15 to cover shipping and handling. All returns must be accompanied by our Return Merchandise Authorization form. Failure to completely fill out the form, provide original proof of purchase from an authorized Zhumell dealer, or failure to call in to obtain authorization to return the item will result in your warranty return being denied.

When you return your Zhumell please let us know about the problem that occurred with your particular item. This is important. Sometimes Zhumell owners are particular (that is why we love you) and a flaw that you have noticed may be hard to find by our technician. A letter will speed up the warranty process and save a phone call. (Oh, yes, please include your phone number and an address!)

Since 25 years is a long time, we may have improved or changed our Zhumell products from the time you first obtained yours, therefore it is our option to repair or replace the Zhumell's you sent us. Please note that the maximum limit of liability for losses or damage from any cause shall be the price paid for the Zhumell.

Quick Checklist: How to Send Product to Zhumell for warranty service.

> Box your Zhumell securely.
> Include a note explaining the reason the Zhumell needs repair.
> Fill out the RMA form completely.
> Include your daytime phone number.
> Include an address for returning your Zhumell to you.
> Include a check or money order for $15, made out to Zhumell.
> We recommend that you send your unit to us by way of UPS or FedEx. This provides a tracking number should your unit become lost or damaged.
