| At Zhumell we stand behind the excellence of our service and the high quality of the products we carry. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund* (less shipping charges) within 90 days of receiving the product(s). |
If for any reason you would like to return a product, please follow these instructions:
- Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
- Place the return form inside the box, along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
- Include within the return package all the materials originally shipped to you. Both product and packaging must be in original condition.
- Please insure the shipment for the value of the product.
If your product was damaged in transit or if there was an error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for return instructions.

In order to receive any credit for these items, they must be unopened and tamper-free (no missing shinkwrap/packaging, no missing protective/security tape, no missing label). Absolutely no refund will be made if there are signs of tampering with the product in any way. If the original is defective, you may return the item for exchange only.
Return policy on purchases that include a free item:
Our return policy also applies to items for which you received a free product. Please note, however, that you must also return the free item in order to receive a full refund. If you do not do so, the value of the gift product will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned, and you will be refunded the difference. For refund purposes, the gift product will be valued at the price for which it was regularly sold on the date of your original purchase.
UPC Code needed
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) may not be returned for refund; it may only be exchanged for the same or comparable product if you return the item to:
